Primary Focus
Right now, my main focus is leading as a Technical Director: helping teams make better technical decisions, building stronger engineering habits, and creating the space for people to do their best work. A lot of my week is spent in architecture conversations, API design reviews, and mentoring across product and platform.
What I'm Building Next
I am putting more energy into practical resources for senior developers and tech leads: clearer API design guidance, better standards discussions, and opinionated playbooks teams can use without guesswork. The goal is simple: less theory, more tools people can apply immediately.
Writing & Speaking
I am continuing to write regularly and speak where I can add real value. I care most about topics that sit at the intersection of architecture, developer experience, and leadership, especially where teams are trying to move faster without sacrificing quality.
